The release date for the guestroom block is July 01, 2010, at which
time all rooms not
reserved will be released for general sale. Reservation requests
received after this date
will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis and contracted
rates are not
guaranteed. Rooms can be held beyond the release date should the
group wish to
provide written and financial guarantee for the rooms for the entire
length of stay.
