Fannie DesForges takes home her second Red Bull Crashed Ice Championship

Ontario Ball Hockey Federation and Canadian Ball Hockey Association member Fannie DesForges takes home her second Red Bull Crashed Ice Championship in Niagara Falls, Ontario on December 1, 2012

Fannie DesForges led the Vanier United team to a National gold medal in 2010 and this past season was part of the silver medalist Vanier United team at the 2012 Canadian Women's National Championships in Edmonton, Alberta. 
 
Fannie, along with fellow ball hockey players Alicia Blomberg and Doum Lefebvre (also part of the Ottawa Vanier Women's Ball Hockey League) competed in the Niagara Red Bull Crashed Ice Championship all making it to the semis with Fannie going on to win it all.
 
Fannie and Alicia were both members of the 2011 Team Canada National Women's Ball Hockey Team and look forward to participating in the International Street & Ball Hockey Federation World Championships in St. John's, Newfoundland in June, 2013.
